Hello there! Welcome to this little website of mine. I created it so that folks like you understand laptops and their related accessories a little better.

I'm always had an interesting in laptops and computers in general. My first computer was a clunky Apple II which I received as a gift. That was back in 1986 and I've fallen in love with computers ever since. For much of the 1990s, I was dabbling with desktop computers - from setting up brand new PCs to doing programming on my own.

But it was really work that brought me in touch with laptops. Over the last 6 years, I've used many laptops as part of my work. I work in the IT industry and that means many hours are spent solving issues for customers or traveling. During those times, I've found that my laptop is my constant companion and a life saver.

Yes, the laptop. It has become such an important part of my life - I use it professionally and also on a personal basis (e.g. watching movies or playing games with my kids). It is something that stays with me almost every day.

Many of my friends who want to buy laptops or computers come to me for advice. Which model do I buy? Which brand is the best? I get these questions very often and hence the motivation for this web site.
