Once you have extracted the memtest86+ ISO file, you need to burn the ISO file into a CD. I find that Nero Burning ROM is a great program for doing this. Alternatively, you can use ISO Recorder, which is also a good tool.

The test takes about 45 minutes to run so go and have a coffee break while you wait. If there are any error, the program will inform you with error messages.
